Dashboard

Templates for tenancy agreements, invoices and design
On the Selfstorage.Team online portal, you can create custom templates for invoices and contracts and edit them as required. You can even add multiple company owners. You can also customise the design and colours of booking forms, price lists and customer communications to match your brand. The portal also offers options for sub-domains and DNS configuration.
Digital signatures
Any tenancy agreement can be signed digitally by a customer. The signature is saved, and the signed agreement can be sent by email or printed out. Customers can sign their contract online via a customer portal. Naturally, you can access the customer portal to sign the contract and upload identity documents in the form of barcodes.
Accounting
Automated rental invoices, a built-in payment reminder system and detailed sales analyses — all available in just a few clicks. Our system is accounting-friendly, with flexible account selection for each position. All invoices are issued in the latest e-invoice format (XRechnung/ZUGFeRD) erstellt.
SEPA direct debit
You can conveniently collect all rentals (invoices) by SEPA direct debit and manage them in the system. This means you always have an overview. Our storage space software solution creates a SEPA file for all direct debits due at the touch of a button, which you can then import and execute via your bank account or StarMoney. The system automatically recognizes failed direct debits and sends automated payment reminders.
Bank transactions
Even as a storage warehouse manager and owner, working from home can be a great thing. And because of our portal, you can view all of your bookings from the comfort of your couch! The assignment of bank transactions to invoices and boxes is handled by the system automatically, securely and conveniently.
Online-Zahlungen
Your customers can conveniently make their first rent or deposit payment online via PayPal/credit card, prepayment, cash or other providers. For all subsequent payments, we recommend direct debit or a direct bank transfer for cost reasons. This way, you can significantly reduce your transaction costs and avoid percentage-based commission charges from external payment service providers.
