Digital signatures

Any tenancy agreement can be signed digitally by a customer. The signature is saved, and the signed agreement can be sent by email or printed out. Customers can sign their contract online via a customer portal. Naturally, you can access the customer portal to sign the contract and upload identity documents in the form of barcodes.

Our storage space software solution creates a SEPA file for all direct debits due at the touch of a button, which you can then import and execute via your bank account or StarMoney. The system automatically recognizes failed direct debits and sends automated payment reminders.
